Internship Overview​

On our paid internship programme, you will gain a real insight into what it’s like to work in our business and have the opportunity to learn from our people whilst working on real business challenges and projects. Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.​

Role Expectations​

As the BFC Women Operations Intern, you will be expected to:​

• Assist with the coordination and delivery of the Burnley FC Women matchday operations including both home and away fixtures.​

• Support training session logistics, including facility setup and equipment preparation.​

• Liaise with the coaching staff, medical team, and other Club departments to ensure a smooth delivery of daily operations.​
