THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and driven Technical Scout at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club. 

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will have a track record of providing data analytics and analytical support in a high-performance sports organisation and experience producing scout reports on various reporting systems. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Technical Scout, you will be expected to:

• Work in a collaborative fashion with all those involved in performance-related decision making including the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Recruitment, Technical Scouts and Emerging Talent Recruitment Team.
• Watching/analysing players in a variety of different ways on video and completing reports to deadlines.
